1. Who may use the Site

You may use the Site if you are at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. The Site is informational

The Site exists to describe Blue Anchor's services and to let you contact us. Submitting a form on the Site or sending us an email does not create a client relationship, contract, or any obligation on our part to provide services. A client relationship is formed only after both parties sign a written services agreement and any required deposit is received.

3. Pricing and information on the Site

Prices, package contents, timelines, and other information shown on the Site are current as of the date the Site was last updated and are intended as starting points. Final pricing and scope for any project will be set in a written proposal and services agreement specific to that engagement. We reserve the right to change pricing and offerings at any time. Information published on the Site is provided for general informational purposes and is not legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice.

4. Your use of the Site

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, or to systems or networks connected to the Site
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site without our prior written permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site, including by introducing malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or collect information from the Site beyond what is permitted by our robots.txt file
• Submit false or misleading information, including using a fake name or impersonating another person or business in our contact form
• Use the Site to send unsolicited communications or to advertise other products or services
• Reproduce, copy, or republish substantial portions of the Site or its content without our written permission, except as permitted under fair use

5. Intellectual property

The Site, including its design, layout, text, graphics, logos, and code, is owned by Blue Anchor or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The names "Blue Anchor," "Blue Anchor Technology Advisors," and the anchor logo are trademarks of Blue Anchor. You may view and print pages of the Site for your personal, non-commercial reference. All other use requires our prior written permission.

Photography, font files, and certain icons on the Site are licensed from third parties (including Fontshare, Unsplash, and others) and remain the property of their respective owners.

6. Submissions and feedback

If you send us suggestions, comments, ideas, or other feedback about the Site or our services, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use that feedback for any purpose without obligation to you. Do not send us anything you consider confidential through the Site or by unsecured email. Confidential information should be exchanged only after a written non-disclosure agreement is in place.

7. Third-party links and services

The Site may contain links to or content from third-party websites and services we do not control. We provide these links and references for convenience and do not endorse, and are not responsible for, third-party content or practices. Your use of third-party sites and services is governed by their own terms and policies.

8. AI-generated and AI-assisted content

Some content on the Site, on third-party platforms we operate, or in materials we share with you may be drafted with the assistance of artificial intelligence tools. We review AI-assisted content before publishing, but AI tools can produce inaccurate or out-of-date information. If you rely on any specific claim shown on the Site, verify it with us in writing before acting on it.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and all content and information on it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blue Anchor disclaims all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, and uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that the Site will be free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components, or that defects will be corrected.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Blue Anchor, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to your use of the Site is limited to one hundred dollars ($100) USD. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

This section governs claims related to your use of the Site only. If you become a client, the limitation of liability that applies to project work will be set out in your written services agreement.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Blue Anchor and its owners, officers, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to (a) your violation of these Terms, (b) your misuse of the Site, or (c) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law, or for any other reason in our reasonable discretion. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including sections 5, 6, 9, 10, 11, 13, and 14) will survive.

13. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site that cannot be resolved through informal discussion will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

You agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at info@blueanchor.solutions and giving us 30 days to respond before filing any formal claim.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site for a reasonable period. Your continued use of the Site after a change becomes effective means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Miscellaneous

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Blue Anchor regarding your use of the Site, and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements on that subject. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a sale, merger, or other transfer of our business. Headings are for convenience only.
