Accessibility Statement
Effective date: May 8, 2026 · Last updated: May 8, 2026
Blue Anchor Technology Advisors is committed to making blueanchor.solutions accessible to people of all abilities. We believe a useful website is one that works for everyone, and we apply the same standard to the work we deliver for our clients.
Conformance status
This site is designed to substantially conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. WCAG 2.1 is an international standard developed by the World Wide Web Consortium that defines how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities. Substantial conformance means we have built the site against the WCAG 2.1 AA criteria but have not commissioned a formal third-party audit.
What we have done
To support accessibility, this site uses:
- Semantic HTML markup so assistive technologies can interpret page structure
- Visible focus indicators on all interactive elements
- Skip links to let keyboard users bypass repeated navigation
- Color contrast ratios that meet or exceed WCAG 2.1 AA minimums for body text and interactive elements
- Text that resizes cleanly up to 200 percent without loss of content or function
- Alt text on informational images
- Form labels and error messages that work with screen readers
- Reduced-motion preferences honored, so animations are minimized for visitors who prefer less motion
- A responsive layout that adapts to phones, tablets, and desktops
Known limitations
Despite our efforts, parts of the site may not be fully accessible. Known areas under improvement include:
- Some third-party photography may lack descriptive alt text where the image is decorative
- Embedded third-party content (where used) may not meet the same accessibility standard as our own content
- PDF documents we publish may have varying levels of accessibility
We work to address known issues as we find them.
Compatibility
The site is designed to work with current versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari, on Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android. It is built to work with common assistive technologies, including recent versions of NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, and TalkBack. The site does not rely on outdated browser features and does not require browser plugins.
Reporting an accessibility issue
If you have trouble using this site, please tell us. We take accessibility reports seriously and will investigate every one.
Email info@blueanchor.solutions with the subject line "Accessibility." Please include:
- The page or feature where you encountered the issue (a URL is helpful)
- A short description of what happened and what you were trying to do
- The device, browser, and any assistive technology you were using, if you are comfortable sharing that
- Your name and a way to reach you, if you would like a response
We aim to respond to accessibility reports within five business days. If a fix will take longer, we will tell you what we plan to do and when.
Alternatives
If something on the site is not working for you and you would prefer to talk to a human, email us at info@blueanchor.solutions. We are happy to walk you through pricing, packages, and the inquiry process by email or phone.
